Job summary

Jade Global is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Developer/Architect in Pune, India with 8+ years of hands-on experience. You will design, configure, script, and lead the technical solution on the ServiceNow platform to ensure successful deployments for our customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with ITOM/CMDB focus.
• Strong design, scripting, and configuration skills on the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep experience in ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow ITOM solutions, configuring tables, forms and access controls.
• Lead technical deployment activities and collaborate with Platform Architect to refine requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (AD, SSO, SCCM, Workday, SAP, Jira) via JDBC/REST/SOAP.

ServiceNow ITOM Developer with extensive technical and hands-on experience that includes a consistent track record of successful deployments for external customers.As a ServiceNow Architect - ITOM, you will work to craft, configure, script, and lead the technical solution on the ServiceNow platform in order to ensure a successful deployment for our customers.
