Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow ITOM Architect to design and lead enterprise ITOM solutions. The role focuses on Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB implementations, guiding teams and defining governance within the CSDM framework.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in ITOM, deep knowledge of CMDB and ITIL foundations, and is capable of stakeholder discussions and solution reviews across Pan India deployments. Immediate to 60 days notice preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in ServiceNow ITOM domain.
• Location: Pan India.
• Experience leading Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB implementations.
• Knowledge of CMDB governance and CSDM architecture.
• Stakeholder management and solution reviews.
