Job summary

People Prime Worldwide is seeking a ServiceNow Developer (ITOM) for Pan India with a Hybrid work mode. The position requires 7+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in the ServiceNow ITOM domain.

You will work on ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB design, with strong JavaScript skills and ITIL knowledge. Certifications like CSA and ITOM specialist are a plus.

Contract to hire (C2H) and immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with ServiceNow ITOM.
• At least 6 years in the ServiceNow ITOM domain.
• Strong knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB design.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITOM best practices.
• ServiceNow CSA or ITOM certifications advantageous.
