Prasha Consultancy Services Private Limited is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Architect in India with 9–18 years of hands-on experience. You will lead end-to-end ITOM design and implementation, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires in-depth CMDB knowledge, pattern development, and integration of monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Job Description: ServiceNow ITOM Architect

Experience: 9–18 Years

Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Pattern Development, CMDB.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM solutions and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, MID Server configuration, discovery schedules, credentials, and troubleshooting.
