Job summary

Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Lead to drive IT operations modernization, focusing on Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration to deliver an accurate CMDB and proactive monitoring.

You will integrate ServiceNow with cloud and monitoring tools, lead automation workflows, and ensure governance of CMDB data. A bachelor’s degree in IT/CS and ITOM certifications are preferred.

This is a remote role with 8–12 years of experience expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS.
• ServiceNow ITOM Certification preferred.
• ITIL Certification is a plus.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Lead ServiceNow ITOM implementations including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM design and implementation
• Configure Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping
• Implement Event Management and AIOps
• Integrate ServiceNow with cloud and monitoring tools
• Drive automation and orchestration workflows
• Ensure CMDB data accuracy and governance
