Coforge in Gurugram/Noida invites an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design, implement, and support ITOM solutions including Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, and Service Mapping. This full-time role requires hands-on development and strong collaboration with infrastructure teams.

You will optimize CMDB health, develop workflows, integrate monitoring tools via REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub, and contribute to upgrades and release activities.

Formación

• 4-8 years IT experience with at least 3+ years ServiceNow development.
• Strong hands-on experience in: ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, Service Mapping.
• Experience with MID Server Configuration & Troubleshooting, Discovery Patterns, Probes & Sensors, IRE, CMDB Health Dashboard, Service Graph Connectors.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development including: Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Notifications.
• Experience with REST/SOAP Integrations, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps, Reports & Dashboards, Update Sets, ATF, Instance Upgrades.
• Good understanding of cloud and infrastructure technologies including: Windows Servers, Linux Servers, Network Devices, Virtualization, Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing tool and ITSM processes.
• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring and infrastructure tools using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and other integration methods.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to identify and map business services.
• Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Create reports, dashboards, KPIs, and operational metrics for IT Operations.
• Participate in upgrades, testing, deployment, and release management activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and process documentation.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer with hands‑on experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM), Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, and Service Mapping. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in implementing and supporting ITOM solutions, developing integrations, optimizing CMDB health, and automating infrastructure and operational processes on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities
