Job summary

Coforge seeks a seasoned ServiceNow ITOM Architect with 9+ years of overall experience to design and implement scalable ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping for enterprise environments.

You will lead architecture, integration with monitoring tools, and CMDB governance while mentoring teams and ensuring governance, security, and performance standards. This is an on-site role based in Gr Noida, Pune, or Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of IT experience
• 5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM
• Experience with IT Operations workflows
• Experience in REST/SOAP API integration

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of ITOM modules including: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management.
• Define and implement CMDB strategy, governance, and data model improvements.
• Design integration solutions with external monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics).
• Architect event correlation, alert management, and automation workflows.
• Provide expertise in service mapping strategies (top-down & bottom-up).
• Establish best practices for data accuracy, reconciliation, and CI lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead technical workshops, client discussions, and architecture reviews.
• Mentor developers and guide the team on ServiceNow best practices.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow platform governance, security, and performance standards.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Architect with 9+ years of overall experience and strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing scalable ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping, aligned with business and IT objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 9+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM.
• ServiceNow Discovery
• Service Mapping
• Event Management
• Deep understanding of:
  • CMDB architecture & data modeling
  • Identification & reconciliation rules
• Experience with MID Server setup and management.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Operations workflows.
• Experience in integration using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certifications:
  • CSA (Certified System Administrator)
  • CIS-ITOM
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM modules)
• Experience with AIOps / Predictive Intelligence / Event Intelligence.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and monitoring tools integration.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Strong solutioning and architectural mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments
