Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Thiruvananthapuram invites skilled ServiceNow professionals to join our Delivery Center. You will configure and customize modules including ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, and Governance Risk Compliance, and drive automation through workflows and integrations.

You will implement REST/SOAP integrations, manage CMDB and service mapping, and contribute to performance analytics and cloud discovery across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting language including JavaScript.
• Experience in configuring and customizing ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery & Governance, Risk & Compliance modules.
• Knowledge of CMDB, Service Mapping and Discovery configurations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server integrations, and Integration Hub.
• Strong incident, problem, change management processes understanding.
• Experience with Cloud Discovery (AWS, Azure, GCP) and monitoring integration.
• Experience with Event Management and Performance Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Module development and customization across ITSM, ITOM and HR service delivery.
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI Actions and client scripts.
• Develop catalog items and Flow Designer integrations.
• Integrations between ServiceNow and external systems via REST/SOAP and MID Servers.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, and knowledge management workflows.
• Configure ITOM, CMDB, and service mapping to reflect relationships.
• Implement cloud discovery for AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Set up Event Management and performance analytics dashboards.
• Create orchestration workflows to automate routine tasks.

• Module Development:


• Configuring and customize on multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery & Governance Risk Compliance) of ServiceNow depending on the business Requirement.


• Workflow Automation:


• Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI Actions and Client Scripts to automate complex business processes.


• Experience on Catalog Development and Flow Designer creation.


• Must Possess hands on experience on integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.


• Expertise on Incident Management - Incident Resolution and Escalation Process, SLA Management


• Problem Management - Root Cause Analysis Problem Resolution and Workarounds


• Change Management – Risk Assessment and Impact Analysis, Change Planning and Scheduling to Change Implementation expertise on the Change management Lifecycle.


• Strong Understanding on Knowledge Management.


• Must have a Hands-on experience with Java Script and ServiceNow Scripting Language


• Integrations: Hands on experience with APIs – REST, SOAP, Scripted REST API, MID Server Integration, and expertise on using Integration Hub.


• ITOM Implementation and Configuration


• Discovery Configuration: Manage and Maintain CMDB (Configuration Management Database).


• Expert in Service Mapping who can understand the relationships between applications, servers, and infrastructure components.


• Experience on Cloud Discovery such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.


• Event Management to integrate with monitoring tools for real-time monitoring.


• Orchestration workflows to automate routine tasks.


• Expertise on Performance Analytics – KPIs, Indicator Creation Scorecards and Widgets.


• HR Service Delivery: Experience on Onboarding Process Implementation, Workflow Automation and User Training and Support after onboarding.
