Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a ServiceNow Developer (ITSM) in Trivandrum. The role involves designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SecOps modules, with emphasis on workflows, UI policies, and integration hubs.

You will enhance the Service Portal and ensure CMDB accuracy, incident lifecycle, and reporting. Applicants should have 4–12 years of experience, strong scripting skills, and exposure to deployment and discovery processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/ITAM solutions.
• Ability to develop workflows, business rules, and UI policies within ServiceNow.
• Experience with Service Portal and CMS components for UX improvements.
• Knowledge of CMDB, Service Catalog, and integration with external tools.
• Hands-on with MID Servers, Discovery, and deployment/release processes.
• Familiar with monitoring integrations (SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk) and security modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules for ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/SecOps per best practices.
• Configure and maintain incident, problem, change, and knowledge processes.
• Integrate ITSM with CMDB, Service Catalog, and external scanners/SIEM tools.
• Build patterns and integrations using IntegrationHub and Service Graph Connectors.
• Manage discovery, SLAs, alerts, dashboards, and change management workflows.

• Configure and support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.

• Configure MID Servers, credentials, probes, and sensors for Discovery.
• Build and maintain dynamic and static Service Maps to support CMDB accuracy and change impact analysis.

• Develop custom patterns, scripts, and integrations using IntegrationHub and Service Graph Connectors.
