Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and customize ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Knowledge Management. You will implement and maintain components such as Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Actions, while configuring workflows with Flow Designer and integrating systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

The role requires strong JavaScript and Glide API skills, solid CMDB understanding, and ITIL-based process knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer.
• Expertise in Incident, Change, Problem, and Request modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, and Integrations.
• Good understanding of CMDB and ITIL processes.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow components such as:
• Business Rules
• Script Includes
• Client Scripts
• UI Policies & UI Actions
• Configure and automate workflows using Flow Designer / Workflow Editor
• Integrate ServiceNow with thirdparty systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards
• Ensure CMDB data accuracy and alignment with ITIL best practices
• Support testing, deployment, and postproduction activities

Required Skills

• Strong handson experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer
• Expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
