Job summary

• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party applications.
• Perform platform upgrades, patch management, and instance maintenance activities.
• Create technical design documents, solution blueprints, and deployment plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, business analysts, and support teams.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards and governance practices.
