Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled ServiceNow specialist for platform development and configuration. The role focuses on ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SecOps with hands-on design, scripting, and integration work.

You will customize Service Portal, manage instances, and coordinate releases while aligning ITSM processes with CMDB and Service Catalog, delivering dashboards and SLA-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/SecOps.
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client/server scripts, and notifications.
• Customize Service Portal and CMS components for enhanced user experience.
• Perform instance management, update set promotion, and release coordination.
• Configure and support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
• Integrate ITSM processes with CMDB and Service Catalog.
• Implement SLA definitions, escalation rules, and reporting dashboards.
• Integrate with external vulnerability scanners and SIEM tools.

Responsibilities

• Integrate with monitoring tools for Event Management and proactive incident response.
• Develop custom patterns, scripts, and integrations using IntegrationHub and Service Graph Connectors.

• Ensure accurate lifecycle tracking, reconciliation, and compliance reporting.
• Configure and support Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules.
• Integrate with external vulnerability scanners (e.g., Qualys, Tenable) and SIEM tools.
• Automate threat intelligence workflows and remediation processes.
  

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
