Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a skilled ServiceNow Developer in Hyderabad to lead HRSD and ITSM configurations, integrate with other IT systems using REST/SOAP APIs, and implement platform enhancements with Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer and Script Includes.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Development experience ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, IT Admin configurations
• Demonstrated expertise in HRSD SNOW module
• Extensive Knowledge of Service now Platform
• Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet needs
• Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Good-to-Have
