Job summary

TCS in Hyderabad is seeking a ServiceNow Developer specializing in ITSM and GRC to design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications. You will configure business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrate external systems via REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub.

As part of ITSM and GRC teams, you will implement Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog modules, maintain CMDB, and contribute to risk and compliance workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience implementing ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog).
• GRC/IRM modules implementation and risk workflows.
• Experience with Flow Designer and integration with external systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, and Notifications.
• Develop workflows and Flow Designer solutions to automate business processes.
• Create and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Knowledge Management solutions.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub.

• Configure SLAs, approval workflows, assignment rules, and escalation mechanisms.
• Support CMDB management and Service Mapping activities.
• Drive ITSM process improvements and best practices aligned with ITIL standards.

GRC / IRM Responsibilities

• Configure and support Policy & Compliance Management.
• Implement Risk Management and Risk Assessment frameworks.
• Develop controls testing, compliance monitoring, and audit management workflows.
• Configure Vendor Risk Management and Operational Risk Management modules.
• Build dashboards, reports, and risk/compliance metrics for stakeholders.

Collaboration & Support

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and platform optimization.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
