Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Gurugram invites experienced ServiceNow Developers for a Walk-In Drive at Skyview Corporate Park, Sector 74A. The role requires hands-on ServiceNow development and administration across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in CS/IT, 5–13 years' experience, and be proficient with REST/SOAP integrations, CMDB, LDAP/SSO, and ITIL processes. CSA/CIS certifications are preferred. Interview date: 8 August 2025, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Must-Have:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules as required.
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration methods.
• Work on ServiceNow development activities such as scripting, UI/UX enhancements, and data imports.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

• Provide support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing ServiceNow implementations.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends.
