Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Pune is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional with 6-12 years of full-time experience to join our IT service management focused team.

You will provide architectural and design oversight, understand current as-is processes, and develop enhancements for ITSM/ITOM tools, collaborating with BAs, architects, testing, and process teams.

Must have strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and Flow Designer, and a 15-year education background.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in ITOM Module.
• Utilizing Flow Designer for ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural and design oversight to ensure all solutions are fit for purpose and use.
• Understand the current “as is processes” and deliver toolset changes based on upcoming process changes.
• Customization or development of enhancement requests for existing ITSM/ITOM tools and processes.
• Work closely with BAs, Architects, Testing team and process teams.
• Take respective ownership as an individual contributor throughout the project lifecycle.
