Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory.
• ServiceNow Application Developer or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
• Customize core ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for high-quality solutions.
• Develop UI pages, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, scheduled jobs and data imports.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform system upgrades, testing and troubleshooting of ServiceNow instances.
• Ensure adherence to coding and development standards and maintain technical documentation.
• Continuously explore new ServiceNow features and recommend enhancements.
