Job summary

Select Source International is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer in Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Pune. The candidate will contribute across development, configuration, and integration of ServiceNow solutions, delivering ITSM, ITOM, CMDB related capabilities with strong JavaScript and Flow Designer usage.

The role requires hands-on experience in multiple modules and a commitment to ITIL-aligned delivery, testing, and production support in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript/Glide scripting required.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC modules.
• Experience with Flow Designer and integrations.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
• Work on ITSM modules Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog and Knowledge Management.
• Exposure to ITOM/CMDB Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CSDM and CI relationships.
• Develop using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies/Actions and ACLs.
• Build workflows and automation using Flow Designer / IntegrationHub.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third‑party systems.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices and ITIL processes.
