Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications based on business requirements.
• Work on Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management modules.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Develop and maintain workflows and automation using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Configure Service Catalog items, catalog variables, record producers, and request workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Work on ServiceNow forms, tables, notifications, reports, dashboards, and application configurations.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Follow development best practices and update set management processes.
• Collaborate with analysts, consultants, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.

• Good hands‑on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, workflows, notifications, and Service Catalog configuration.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow APIs.
• Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, tables, forms, roles, and access controls.
• Knowledge of update sets, application deployment, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Certification & Qualification

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications, such as CAD or CIS-ITSM, are an added advantage.
