Job summary

Webologix Ltd/ INC is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer – ITSM to design, develop, and support IT Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ITSM modules and ServiceNow development best practices.

Key responsibilities include developing, configuring, and customizing ITSM modules, creating scripts and policies, building workflows, and integrating with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, as well as handling upgrades

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request and CMDB.
• Strong familiarity with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions and Script Includes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
• Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• Design and implement Workflows and Flow Designer.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and application enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
