Job summary

Lonvec Technologies Private Limited is seeking a ServiceNow Developer – ITSM Administration to configure, customize and support ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You will own ITSM modules, scripting, workflow automation, and integrations, collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders, and help improve incident, change, problem, request, and catalog processes. Strong problem solving and performance tuning experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITSM experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM modules and platform administration.
• Experience with scripting and workflow automation.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
