Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a ServiceNow Developer (CMDB) in Trivandrum. The role requires 4–12 years of hands-on experience with CMDB, ITSM modules, and ServiceNow scripting.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of inbound scripts, UI policies, business rules, and API integrations (SOAP/REST), plus flow designer/workflows. Agile methodology experience and production support RCA skills are valued.
