Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer focused on CMDB data analysis. The role covers designing, developing, and maintaining CMDB configurations to ensure data accuracy and seamless integration with ITSM and ITOM.

You'll automate ITOM processes, build custom apps, and create reports and dashboards to visualize CMDB data, while troubleshooting issues and supporting IT operations with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM knowledge.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Script Includes).
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CMDB configurations to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Enrich CMDB data through automation and integration with other systems
• Analyze CMDB data to identify gaps and inconsistencies
• Implement data quality checks and validation rules

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on CMDB data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules and be able to effectively design, develop, and maintain CMDB configurations.

Key Responsibilities

CMDB Data Management

• Design, develop, and maintain CMDB configurations to ensure data accuracy and consistency
