Job summary

Impronics Technologies is seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer with strong scripting expertise to design and customize ITSM processes on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on Incident, Problem, Change, and Request management with hands-on scripting using JavaScript/Glide.

You will build workflows, integrate with REST/SOAP APIs, manage CMDB data, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver ITSM enhancements. Strong ITIL foundations are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as ServiceNow Developer/Administrator with ITSM expertise.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript/Glide.
• Certification in ITIL v3/v4 or equivalent ITSM experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, SLA, CMDB).
• Build and maintain scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs).
• Develop and configure workflows, Flow Designer, and automation for ITSM processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Manage CMDB data accuracy, user roles, and access controls.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer with strong scripting expertise to design, customize, and enhance ITSM processes on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with ITIL‑based processes, scripting (JavaScript/Glide), and ServiceNow module development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, SLA, CMDB).
• Build and maintain scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs).
• Develop and configure workflows, Flow Designer, and automation for ITSM processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Manage CMDB data accuracy, user roles, and access controls.
• Support ITIL process adoption and identify areas for improvement.
• Create technical documentation, user guides, and provide knowledge transfer.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver ITSM enhancements and projects.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: 3–5 years as ServiceNow Developer/Administrator with ITSM expertise.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Jelly, AngularJS (preferred).
• Hands‑on with Flow Designer, Service Portal, Service Catalog, and Integration Hub.
• Experience with CMDB management and ITSM process automation.

Frameworks

Strong understanding of ITIL v3/v4 (Certification required).

Soft Skills

Strong problem‑solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
