Job summary

Papigen is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to deliver ITSM solutions, configure CMDB, and build integrations with Splunk and AppDynamics. You will implement workflows, catalog items, and perform production support across Dev, QA, and Production.

You will develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs, while collaborating with customers and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. 3–5 years of hands-on experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Mandatory.
• Strong experience with ITSM modules, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Workflows.
• Hands‑on expertise in Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Strong JavaScript, jQuery, Prototype, and Jelly scripting knowledge.
• Strong understanding of REST, WSDL, JSON, and third‑party integrations.
• Experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, Update Sets, and data migration.
• ServiceNow production support, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of Performance Analytics, notifications, reports, scheduled jobs, events, and triggers.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform ServiceNow administration and development across Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Request, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Chat modules.
• Develop and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, UI Scripts, UI Pages, Script Includes, ACLs, and Workflows.
• Configure and manage CMDB, Tables, Import Sets, Update Sets, Transform Maps, Data Sources, and Transform Scripts.
• Develop and customize Service Catalog items, variables, record producers, approvals, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain REST/WSDL/JSON integrations with third‑party applications such as Splunk and AppDynamics.
• Perform deployments and migration activities across Dev, QA, and Production environments.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, testing, and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot production issues using system logs and perform performance optimization.
• Work on email notifications, inbound actions, scheduled jobs, events, triggers, reports, and dashboards.
• Support Performance Analytics and complex UI customizations.
• Provide production support, bug fixes, enhancements, and root‑cause analysis.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user procedures.
• Collaborate with customers, developers, technology teams, and vendors to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
