Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Work extensively on CMDB, including CI management, data quality, relationships, and CMDB health.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.
• Perform hands-on ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Glide APIs.
• Work on ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
• Analyze and troubleshoot ServiceNow issues, integrations, workflows, scripts, and production incidents.
• Identify root causes and implement effective technical solutions.
• Develop and customize workflows, notifications, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and post-production support.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and development guidelines.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• Strong hands-on experience with CMDB
