Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and optimize applications on the ServiceNow platform.

You will work on ITSM modules, implement automation with Flow Designer, and integrate with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, collaborating with stakeholders and supporting upgrades and enhancements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficient with ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript for ServiceNow.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP.
• Knowledge of knowledge management, service catalogs, and MA/AI routing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Implement and optimize workflow automation using Flow Designer and workflows
• Build and maintain self-service password reset (SSPR) solutions
• Design and manage knowledge bases for IT policies and FAQs
• Configure ticket triage and intelligent routing using assignment rules and predictive intelligence
• Create and maintain Service Catalog items, record producers, and request workflows
• Develop scripts using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes
