TruTalent.ai is seeking an ITSM DevOps professional to join its ServiceNow IT Engineering DevOps team. The role focuses on delivering ITIL processes — Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset management — under guidance while driving improvements for reliable and secure operations.

The position emphasizes integration work, service portal knowledge, and scripting on both client and server sides, with an eye toward automation and compliance across BAU and new implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Proficiency in Asset Management.
• Knowledge of Service Portal (Optional: Portal development experience preferred).
• Expertise in Client and Server-side Scripting.
• Experience with Integrations using Flow Designer and other integration approaches.
• Debugging skills.
