Job summary

Simplify Healthcare is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and configure applications and workflows across ITSM, Service Catalog, and CMDB. You will employ both server-side and client-side scripting and focus on best practices for scoped apps and automation.

You will implement integrations via REST/SOAP, Scripted REST APIs, and Import Sets, while creating reports and dashboards for business users. Strong English communication is required to coordinate with onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is required.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience with multiple ITSM modules and CMDB is expected.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills (GlideRecord, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions).
• Experience with Flow Designer and Service Catalog configuration.

Responsibilities

• Manage roles, ACLs, and data security, and promote changes across instances using update sets or source control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform defects and production incidents, including root-cause analysis and preventive fixes.

• Good understanding of ServiceNow security (roles, ACLs), update sets, and instance promotion practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and tools such as Jira and Git.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills for working effectively with onshore and offshore team members.
