Momento Cybertech Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design and implement ITSM solutions, including incident, problem, change, service catalog, and knowledge management.

You will perform custom development on the ServiceNow platform, work with business rules, UI policies, Script Includes, and client scripts. Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Service Portal skills are required, along with REST/SOAP integrations and Flow Designer/IntegrationHub experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript coding background.
• ITSM + at least one advanced module (ITOM/CSM/HRSD/SPM).
• REST/SOAP integrations experience.
• Flow Designer & IntegrationHub experience.
• CSA + CAD certifications required.
• End-to-end implementation experience.
• Client-facing/Agile experience.

Responsabilités

• Drive ITSM module design and implementation on ServiceNow.
• Develop custom apps and integrate with third-party systems.
• Create and optimize business rules, scripts, UI policies/actions.
• Develop Service Portal with HTML/CSS/AngularJS, and workflows.
• Manage CMDB, ACLs and application deployment.
