Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of hands-on experience in delivering technology solutions.
• Experience with designing and developing ServiceNow workflows.
• Advanced ServiceNow technical skills including UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Performance Analytics, Dashboards, email notifications, ACLs, Import Sets, Transform Maps and Update Sets.

Responsibilities

• Work with IT, Functional TA and HRIS teams to document current onboarding/offboarding journeys in ServiceNow.
• Create a 1–3 year roadmap for onboarding/offboarding enhancements.
• Provide oversight on Tier 3 troubleshooting and upskill the People Technology team.

Project Specific Role

• Work with teams (IT, Functional TA and HRIS) to ensure current state process documentation for ServiceNow Onboarding/Offboarding Journeys is up to date, visible and accessible
• Review and help document new and previously requested enhancements, set up a clear and concise model and cohesive 1-3 year roadmap for Onboarding/Offboarding enhancements
• Provide oversight and advisory and improvements on Tier 3 (last step before IT escalation) troubleshooting and support for case management. Educate and upskill team on troubleshooting and support – identify training opportunities.
• Review processes and help review and enhance or create documentation, both for my People Technology Team ongoing use as well as upstream in the process
• Upskill People Technology support team members
• Review and Recommend (and ideally implement) improvements to the way we engage our Regional Stakeholder groups in how we support and steer the product direction.
• Identify areas for platform improvement

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications

• 10 - 14 years of hands-on experience
• Experience with designing and developing ServiceNow workflows.
• Advanced ServiceNow technical skill - UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Performance Analytics, Reporting &

Dashboards, email notification, ACL’s, Import Sets, Transform Maps and Update sets

• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices
• Knowledge and experience with JavaScript, JSON, REST and SOAP
• Knowledge and experience with HR Service Delivery tools and third-party HR applications such as Workday, SAP/SuccessFactors, and Oracle etc. using Webservices APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Experience in developing large global enterprise ServiceNow instance
• Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade, SSO will be plus.
• Proficient in Agile development and all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle
• Experience with software development support tools (e.g. Jira, Rally etc.)

Education

• BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
