Job summary

UST in Thiruvananthapuram, India, seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in development, customization, and automation. The role focuses on ITSM, CMDB, and GRC modules, requiring CSA certification and CAD as a plus.

You will lead design, integration, and solution delivery within Agile teams. You will implement REST/SOAP integrations, build custom apps using Studio tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in platform customization and application development.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, MID Server, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Orchestration, and automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CSM, or Employee Center modules.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Script Includes.
• Build custom applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow Studio.
• Develop and maintain REST, SOAP, API, and MID Server integrations with enterprise platforms.
• Implement end-to-end automation and orchestration solutions using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, development, and delivery.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and integration architecture.

• Additional ServiceNow certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IntegrationHub, etc.).
• Experience integrating with Azure, AWS, SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git/version control systems.
• Exposure to enterprise automation and digital transformation initiatives.
