About the Opportunity

We build and operate scalable ServiceNow solutions that simplify operations, improve incident resolution, and automate business processes.

Role: ServiceNow Developer | Location: India | Workplace: On-site

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and configure ServiceNow scoped applications, custom modules, and UI components (Service Portal, Catalog Items, Widgets) to meet business requirements.
• Create and maintain server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies) using best practices and Glide APIs.
• Implement and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, MID Server, and scripted web services.
• Manage ITSM processes in ServiceNow—Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB—ensuring data integrity, workflows, and automation using Flow Designer and Workflows.
• Deliver solution documentation, update sets, unit tests and support deployment/CI-CD activities; troubleshoot and resolve platform issues in production and non-production instances.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects and QA to translate functional requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow implementations and provide technical guidance to team members.
