Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Glide API, and standard scripting techniques. The role emphasizes module development, integrations, and CMDB data modeling within the CSDM framework.

You will implement REST/SOAP integrations, configure Workflows, Flow Designer, and portal widgets, and troubleshoot complex issues. Strong knowledge of Service Portal and related tooling is advantageous.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

Customization and Scripting: Design, develop, and customize solutions within the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
Module Development: Build and configure new functionalities within the APM/EA workspaces, including application rationalization, technology risk assessments, and lifecycle management workflows.
Integration Development: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (such as CMDB discovery tools, financial systems, and other enterprise applications) using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and other integration technologies.
Data Modeling and CMDB: Apply CSDM (Common Service Data Model) principles to ensure data integrity and build a robust, accurate application data model within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues related to APM/EA configurations, integrations, and performance, implementing effective and scalable fixes.

Technical Proficiency:
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow specific APIs/scripting.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Workflows, Flow Designer, and Service Portal widgets.
Proven experience in developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
In-depth knowledge of CMDB and CSDM frameworks.
