• Experience as a ServiceNow developer with a solid focus on platform development and customization.
• Extensive experience with JavaScript, Glide, and other ServiceNow development tools.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules, including APM/EA, DPR, ITSM, ITOM, and others.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integration using REST, SOAP, and MID servers.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Mobile and Virtual Agent.
• Familiarity with Integrating external tools (Jira, Clarity, version control and testing tools) and DevOps practices. .
