Job summary

Alike Thoughts is seeking a ServiceNow Developer in India to design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows. You will implement Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, and Script Includes, while building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

Ideal candidates will have strong JavaScript skills, experience with ACLs and security, and a track record of delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions within cross-functional teams.

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
• Develop and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Data Policies.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer solutions.
• Create and customize applications, forms, fields, tables, notifications, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work with ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript.
• Implement and maintain ACLs, roles, users, groups, and security configurations.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform debugging, and provide production support.
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain code quality.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
