Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team across multiple Indian cities, including Kolkata. The role requires 3–8 years of experience and deep expertise in the APM module, CMDB, Glide API, and JavaScript to customize and extend ServiceNow functionality.

Responsibilities include integration with REST/SOAP APIs, data gathering for APM, and familiarity with ITBM/CSM modules that often intersect with APM.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in the APM module and its integration within the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong CMDB understanding, CI relationships, and how they apply to applications/services in APM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and scripting for customizing APM functionalities.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with REST/SOAP APIs and other systems to gather APM data.
• Familiarity with ITBM/CSM modules like PPM and Demand Management that overlap with APM.

Responsibilities

• Provide ServiceNow APM expertise and guidance for implementation and optimization.
• Understand and apply CMDB concepts and CI relationships for business applications.
