• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation across ITSM, CSM, SPM, CMDB, ITOM.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and cross-team collaboration.

• Support live production applications and recommend enhancements

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation across any two of ITSM, CSM, SPM, CMDB, ITOM
• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and cross-team collaboration

Good to Have

• Service desk, asset, incident and change management experience on ServiceNow
• Knowledge of formal delivery methodologies and project deliverables
