Must Have: Service Now Configuration, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Scripting, Workflows, And Integrations, Customer Service Management (CSM).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.
• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to optimize legal service processes such as Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
• Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Conducting code reviews and quality control checks as part of every project to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Debugging and fixing technical problems.
• Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality.
• Documenting code and application functionality.
• Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development.

Requirements & Skills:
