This hybrid, full-time extendable contract role focuses on translating business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring system stability and performance.

You will gather requirements, configure modules, support testing, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM.
• 58 years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience in ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Knowledge of Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
