Job summary

Alike Thoughts is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to design, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules. You will implement workflows, scripts, ACLs, and security configurations while integrating external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities include requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions for business needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow client/server scripting.
• Experience building Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Ability to design UI policies and UI actions for workflows.
• Hands-on work with Flow Designer and workflows.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP.
• Understanding of ACLs and security configurations in ServiceNow.
