Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB).
• Experience with Service Catalog and integration via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, UI policies, and Flow Designer.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform customization, workflow automation, integrations, and service management modules. The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOA P APIs.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, and enhancement activities.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Experience in Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and CMDB.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or Service Portal.
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
• ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
