You will implement, customize, and optimize modules and integrations, aligning with CI/CD pipelines and robust documentation. A strong background in building ATF test cases is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, and ATF.
• Proficiency with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal.
• Hands‑on experience building ATF test cases and suites.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge).
• Implement and customize HRSD applications including HR case management and Employee Center.
• Develop and maintain ITOM capabilities (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, Service Mapping).
• Build and optimize CMDB structures with accurate data models and integrations.
• Design and execute ATF test cases for regression, functional, and integration testing.
• Automate test suites to validate upgrades, patches, and customizations.
• Collaborate with QA teams to integrate ATF into CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop reusable components: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer automations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and best practices.
