Job summary

Datavail, a leading provider of data management and cloud services, seeks a ServiceNow Developer for a remote role. You will design, develop, and customize ServiceNow apps and workflows, delivering scalable ITSM/ITOM solutions and integrations with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities include configuring Business Rules, UI policies, Catalog Items, and dashboards, plus contributing to code reviews, testing, and deployments following best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Studio, SDK, and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integrations and data ingestion mechanisms (LDAP/Active Directory/Azure/certificates/external data sources).
• Solid understanding of data structures, CMDB concepts, and ServiceNow architecture; experience with ITSM/ITOM/CMDB modules.

• Develop dashboards, reporting, and analytics for insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues; participate in design reviews and deployments.

Hands‑on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Change Management, and related platform capabilities.

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application, platform, and Sleepnumber's business process issues.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities while adhering to ServiceNow best practices.
