Job summary

FUZIXEL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and deploy custom Now Platform applications. You will create workflows, automate ITSM processes, and extend modules to meet enterprise requirements while ensuring security and scalability.

You will integrate ServiceNow with SAP, Salesforce, Azure and other systems via REST/SOAP, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to documentation, testing, and release activities in a fully remote, globally

Qualifications

• Must-have ServiceNow Platform and Now Platform Development.
• Proficiency in Flow Designer, Studio, and Script Includes.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integration and MID Server.
• Strong JavaScript and ITSM/ITOM knowledge.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and workflows using Now Platform tools including Flow Designer, Studio, and App Engine.
• Configure and extend ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR Service Delivery) to align with enterprise SLAs and business process requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (SAP, Salesforce, Azure, Okta) via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes for dynamic, rule-driven experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specs and ensure deployments meet security, scalability, and compliance standards.
• Support testing, release management, and documentation; troubleshoot performance issues and perform code reviews for maintainability.
