Job summary

Solarix Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow ITSM Administrator to configure and optimize IT service management modules. You will implement workflows, catalogs, and dashboards while ensuring ITIL-aligned processes, data models, and secure integrations.

The role focuses on practical administration, scripting, and continuous improvement of incident, problem, change, and knowledge management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow ITSM configuration and administration.
• Expertise in JavaScript and Glide API (server- and client-side).
• Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog and Knowledge Management.
• Understanding ITIL processes and ServiceNow data model, ACLs and best practices.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP integration basics and Import Sets/Transform Maps.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customise core ITSM modules Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Knowledge Management.
