Job summary

Info Services is seeking a ServiceNow specialist to design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules. The role focuses on ITAM, HAM, SAM, and CMDB governance, with responsibilities spanning workflows, integrations, and asset management across hardware and software lifecycles.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, troubleshoot platform issues, and contribute to upgrades and releases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Implement and support ServiceNow ITAM suite, including HAM and SAM capabilities.
• Configure and maintain CMDB, ensuring data integrity, governance, and reconciliation processes.
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and integrations.
• Manage hardware asset lifecycle processes, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
• Configure software asset management solutions for software discovery, licensing, compliance, and optimization.
• Perform CMDB health assessments and implement best practices for data quality management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing enhancements and support.
• Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and release management activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
