Job summary

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, workflows, and catalogs.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM solutions.
• Create and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Develop Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Knowledge Management, and CMDB solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, and Integration Hub.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
