Job summary

Contactx Resource Management is seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to design, implement, and optimize HAM Pro and SAM Pro solutions in Pune. You will customize modules, automate workflows, and ensure IT governance while collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders.

The role focuses on asset lifecycle management, software licensing reconciliation, and seamless integrations with SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Flexera, and Snow. Strong scripting and ITIL knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on HAM Pro and SAM Pro expertise.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and ITIL.
• Strong integration skills (REST/SOAP).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro solutions.
• Customize ServiceNow applications/modules using scripting, workflows, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Implement end-to-end asset lifecycle management processes for hardware and software assets.
• Configure software normalization, reconciliation, and license management processes in SAM Pro.
• Manage hardware inventory, procurement, stockrooms, contracts, and lifecycle tracking in HAM Pro.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third‑party tools such as SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Flexera, Snow, or discovery tools.
• Work with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management data models.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and compliance metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform platform upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
• Support audits, software compliance, and asset optimization initiatives.
