Job summary

Dürr is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow applications. You will work on ITSM/ITOM/CMDB modules, develop custom workflows, and integrate systems to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates have several years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, CSA/CAD certifications, and strong JavaScript and Glide APIs skills. Excellent English communication is required and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Several years of proven experience as a ServiceNow developer/administrator, ideally in complex enterprise environments (certifications CSA, CAD).
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, ServiceNow scripting, and system administration.
• Experience with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or similar.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Very good communication skills in English.
